Have you ever wondered who that crazy, energetic person is inside the Seawolf Mascot suit?

Whether running around at basketball games or through the campus at last years ‘Homecoming Week,' the Seawolf really pumps up school spirit.

As it turns out, there is no single person who is Lobo. In fact, it takes a secret society of six  SSU students to generate all that school spirit.

The idea for secret Seawolf society came from Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) President, Heather Hanson, in an attempt to improve school spirit on campus. Hanson and Erik Dickson, Director of ASI, are the only two outside of the society that know the identity of Lobo. According to Dickson, Lobo and his fellow members are sworn to secrecy and will not be revealed to the public until graduation.
